Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge Day 42 (end of week 6)
YAY! I made it to the end of week 6! It’s day 42 of the Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge and I’m really feeling good about how far I’ve come in just 6 weeks! I still have another 2 weeks to go! I’ve really seen improvement all over my body.
Now that it’s been 6 weeks I find it really easy to stay on track. Working out and eating right are now just habits after 42 days on the 8-week challenge to lose weight. I’ve gone out to eat with friends twice but I stuck to the simple system of a protein, a carb and a fat. I know how much I can have of each and it makes it very simple for me. I don’t even want to indulge because I want to get my money’s worth out of this. I’m not the type who spends $300 on anything, so I’m definitely staying on plan for the rest of the 8-week challenge.
Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge
Once the 8-weeks is over I do get a cheat meal once a week in the Thrive stage of the program. That’s definitely something to look forward too! Right now though, I’m enjoying seeing the fat melt off my body like butter on a hot day. It’s incredible how much this plan has improved in my overall health.
Benefits of the Mynt Core Challenge

Mynt Core Challenge Pictures
I’m sorry I don’t look happy in my pictures, I was in a hurry. I have 3 kids so it’s not easy to take pictures sometimes, I am definitely happier than I look in the pictures! When I look back on the last 42 days I’m amazed at the progress. I’m definitely going to be able to keep this going once the 8-weeks is over because so much of this program has already become a habit after 6 full weeks.

Seeing results in pictures definitely keeps me motivated. Only two more weeks to go! Once the 8-weeks is over I’m going to have a cheat meal with my husband and then go right back on plan. I’ve already reordered my Ignite phase kit for another 4-weeks!
Do you think you would be up for an 8-week health challenge?
