Mynt 8-Week Challenge – Day 35
It’s the end of week 5 in the Mynt 8-Week Challenge and I decided to show off this picture of my back side. The first few weeks I really didn’t see a noticeable difference in this area. I would consider this my problem area. Out of all the parts on my body, I have the hardest time toning up my upper thighs. When I gain weight, most of my weight is distributed to this area.
End of Week 5 in the Mynt 8-Week Core Challenge
After 5 full weeks on the Mynt 8-Week Challenge I’m feeling amazing. I’ve put in my order for one more month of the Ignite phase which is the phase that I’m in now. The first week is Detox all the remaining weeks in the 8-Week Core Challenge are part of the Ignite Phase. Once you finish the 8-weeks you can reorder the products to continue Ignite or you can move right into the Thrive phase. I still want to keep the momentum going after the 8-weeks over for one more month (at least) before I move into the Thrive phase. I have a wedding to go to in June and another in July and I want to be one smoking hot momma!
