Core 8-Week Challenge COMPLETE!
Yesterday I completed the 8-week challenge to lose weight and I’m feeling pretty darn good about myself. I lost a lot of inches all over my body and I learned how to take care of myself for the rest of my life.
I woke up this morning for the first day off the 8-week challenge and I still did my 60-minute workout and ate on plan (until the cheat meal of course). I plan to stick to this program because it feels like habit now to workout and eat right now that I’ve been doing it for two months straight.

Here I am wearing the same shorts and shirt I was in the before pictures taken 8-weeks prior. There’s a noticeable difference in inches all over my body. I was originally 145 lbs when this challenge started, I went down as low as 137 lbs at one point but as I worked out more and gained lean muscle mass, I gained back and additional 3 lbs. I currently weigh 140 lbs. I know 5 lbs lost doesn’t seem that impressive when you look at the numbers, but the inches really tell a different story.
My waistline has seen the most dramatic difference in this challenge.
My backside is my problem-area, all my weight tends to go there. I saw some inches lost in this area and it made me very happy. It looks like someone smoothed over my whole body.
Sorry about my bra sticking out, I am still not that great at getting good pictures of my stomach. It’s area that has remained hidden for many years. 😉
I know you can’t tell in the pictures but this skirt barely fits me anymore. I still have some work to do in my stomach area but it’s all about “progress not perfection!”
I’ve lost inches all over my body and I’ve really toned up on this plan. It’s the best money I’ve spent on myself in a long time! I did this for me! I’m so happy that I did too!
