I Didn’t Know Lose 5 Pounds in 4 Days!
I didn’t know I could lose 5 pounds in 4 days without starving myself! I realize the first week there’s bloating and water weight but I feel so much lighter without it. I can really see how my body is going to transform in 8 weeks. I’m on day 4 of my Mynt Detox; only 3 more days and I’m on to the Ignite phase of this 8 week challenge to lose weight! Next week I start my exercise regimen in the Ignite phase and that should really help me to tone up.

What I love about Core is that I’m not just losing weight, I’m not just on another diet – I’m learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. That is the Core purpose, to teach you how to live healthy through proper clean eating habits and fitness. I really feel like this 8-week challenge to lose weight has really opened my eyes and showed me where I was eating wrong.
I always thought I ate healthy (most of the time) but I had no idea what real nutrition was until I was introduced to the Core program. This whole program is about helping you way beyond just 8 weeks. The Core program has showed me that I can live a fit and healthy lifestyle way beyond this 8 week challenge to lose weight.
I know I can keep this going and this blog is going to help keep me motivated! I’m hoping to get better at taking pictures of myself 😉 Taking selfies is an art form that I certainly haven’t mastered yet.
