Jogging Has Been a Good Fat Burning Cardio Workout for Me!
I’ve been jogging 4-5 days a week with my daughter because it’s a good fat burning cardio workout. It’s been nice to have my 13-year-old daughter to jog with too. It keeps us both active and we get to hang out together. I have to admit she kicks my butt at jogging by a long shot! As far as high fat burning cardio workouts go, jogging is by far the one that makes me sweat the most. Sometimes I even wear sweat pants just to squeeze out a little extra. 😉
When I go jogging I take my iPod loaded with all my favorite worship songs. Music makes me move! I can’t stress enough the imporantance of having music! The little iPod shuffle with the clip is best for jogging because it’s small, stays put and has simple arrow buttons to switch between songs.

Jogging is Good Fat Burning Cardio
When I first started the 8-week challenge I didnt’ even know what high fat burning cardio workouts were! I didn’t even know there was a difference in how you worked out. I always thought if you did any sort of exercise that was good enough and that’s simply not true. The 8-week challenge has taught me how to worker smarter, not harder! The nutrition program and workout routine are designed to maximize your body’s ability to burn stored fat and build lean body mass.
Although I’m not a great jogger (yet) I do get better at it each time. I felt so silly going out there at first, especially because I had never really jogged before in my whole life! HA! I am now 25 days into this 8-week Core challenge and the results are just undenyable.
