Indoor Small Trampoline for Low Impact Cardio
Part of the Mynt Core Challenge is working out 4 days a week. I bought this indoor small trampoline for some low-impact high-intensity cardio. I did some jump rope and sprints the other morning and I got bored pretty quickly. 30-minutes is a long time for me! lol
I looked for examples of high-intensity cardio and came across the trampoline. I always enjoyed going to the trampoline park with my kids so I went ahead and bought myself this small indoor trampoline. I needed something for indoors because I live in the desert and in the summer months I won’t be able to do as much exercise outdoors.
My Indoor Exercise Trampoline
My indoor exercise trampoline is 36-inches in diameter, it’s the perfect size for my living room floor. My kids were pretty stoked about my purchase because they love jumping on trampolines too.
High Intensity Cardio for Women
In the 8-Week Challenge there 4 days of exercise involved. There are 2 days of high-intensity cardio and 2 days of strength training followed low-intensity cardio afterwards.
Examples of High Intensity Cardio
- Jump rope
- Kick ball
I’m 10 days into the 8-week challenge to lose weight and I’ve been working out for 3 days in a row. Tomorrow I’m going to take a day off and resume again on Friday and Saturday and then take Sunday off and begin again Monday. I think 4 days a week is definitely do-able.
I’ve lost 8 lbs so far in 10 days! I’m feeling really motivated to keep this challenge going! I have more energy than I have ever had and my mood has improved drastically – even without sugar! lol Praise Jesus for the Mynt Core chocolate shakes!
