Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge – I’m Halfway There!
Easter marked the 28th day of my Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge! I’m halfway there and feeling so amazing!! I know for a fact when this Mynt 8-Week Challenge ends that I’m going to thrive in life. I’ve learned so much through this nutrtional program that I never knew. I always thought you had to starve yourself if you wanted to lose weight and look good, but with Core, I’m eating more now than I ever did before. I’m learning how to make better choices for myself no matter what circumstance I’m in and that feels good.
Day 28 of My Mynt 8-Week Core Challenge
My 28th day in this Mynt Core 8-Week Challenge landed on Easter. Normally that would be a tough thing for me but with the Core Nutrtion program I was able to stick to my plan without any suffering whatsoever. I didn’t even want the Easter chocolates in my kids baskets! Normally I would have been sneaking off with pieces of chocolate for myself. I knew I could have a chocolate Mynt Core shake with some peanut butter and banana instead. I’ve never had a whey protein shake that tasted as good as these do. These Mynt Core shakes are the reason I survived without any chocolate withdrawls on Easter.
