8 Week Core Challenge Day 17 – Ignite Phase
Today is day 17 in my 8 week Core challenge and I am seeing results in my lower body which has always been a problem area. Everyone has an area on themselves where more weight is distributed and mine is in my bottom and upper thighs. I always gain the most weight below the waistline. Since I’ve been working out and eating right I’m seeing my thighs actually take shape and I’m starting to see my knees again 😉
8 Week Core Challenge Day 17 – Before & After Photos
I’ve been following the Mynt Core exercise program now that I’m in the Ignite Phase and I’m seeing more results. I haven’t really lost any more weight but I am seeing inches come off. The workouts are really kicking my butt some days but I feel so good and accomplished after I’m done. What I love about the 8 Week Core Challenge is that it shows you how to work smarter, not harder in order to get the maximum results.

Even when I look at my arms I can see some changes. I’m going to get some walking weights so that I can tone up a little quicker in my arms. I’m really excited about the progress I’ve made in only 17 days. I was able to put on a pair of size 6 shorts and it just felt amazing, my confidence is definitely increasing!

I still have another 6 weeks to go in this Mynt 8-Week Core Challenge and I’m so excited. I’m in the Ignite Phase for the rest of the 8 weeks and it’s all about burning that fat! After Ignite comes Thrive, which is how I hope to live this out the rest of my life, thriving!
