“Can I Have More Confidence in Myself?”
I used to ask, “can I have more confidence in myself?” because I struggled so badly with my self-esteem. Thanks to Core and this 8-week challenge I am quickly gaining the confidence in myself I always wanted. It’s amazing how eating better and working out has drastically improved not only my body but also my mood.
I’m am 13 days into this 8-week challenge and I can’t believe the transformation that I’ve gone through in such a short time. Before this challenge started I was wearing size 10 (a large size on a really short girl like myself). Today, I went to Kohl’s and I was able to wear a size 6 pair of jean shorts! If you only knew my excitement because my whole life I have had struggles trying on shorts. I’ve always hated the way I looked in shorts… today that changed!!! I put on these really beautiful shorts and I was beaming in them! I felt so confident in myself.
Get Confidence in Yourself!
Core is a quick way to get confidence in yourself! No exaggerating. If you follow the plan, it’s incredible the results you see right away. This is not a diet, this is seriously an UN-diet because there is no starving yourself at all. You eat every 3 hours to boost metabolism and burn fat. I feel amazing, I have more confidence in myself than I ever have before.
I really feel like I’m going to rock this body of mine by the end of the 8 weeks and really learn to thrive the Core way. I’m learning how to work a healthy diet and exercise into my busy lifestyle in a way that really works. I’m finishing up week two and I really feel so confident that this is a game changer for me. This is not hard! I feel better than I ever have! I’ve never walked into Kohl’s with so much body confidence! Thank you Jesus!
